GMP+ FSA FEED SAFETY (Good Manufacturing Practice) Certificate

The GMP+ standard is a standard developed by the Dutch Animal Nutrition Association (PDV). It is a program to ensure the safety of all links throughout the feed production chain. Avacert Anadolu International Certification Audit Technical Control Training and Test Services has been providing certification services on GMP+ since 2007. Avacert Anadolu International Certification Audit Technical Control Training and Test Services has the world’s first and only Turkish Auditor Pool in GMP+ Certification.

You can install the GMP+ system to ensure your product safety against the dangers that may occur in feed production. The system is based on HACCP foundations and helps feed industry-specific points not to be overlooked.

The basic principle of GMP+FSA, which has been developed since 1992, is that all parties in the animal feed chain are involved in the chain. GMP+FSA related documents are divided into numbers defined as follows.

1. General (Framework) Documents:  These Documents contain requirements for participation in the certification program for companies and certification bodies (Framework Regulation, use of logo, etc.). This series contains a general list of definitions and abbreviations.
2. Normative Documents:  These Documents contain international standards and additional country notes for use by the company regarding various feed products and production stages, including cultivation and industrial production, refining and processing, collection, trade, transportation, storage and transfer vehicles.

These documents are divided into various subgroups by code and name.

1. Certification Requirements:  These documents; audits, minimum audit duration, evaluation criteria, checklists… Etc. includes what. The inspection frequency includes how the inspection is carried out by the certification bodies. It describes the GMP+ certification process, including certification rules, including information required for certification bodies and auditors’ approval.
2. Interpretation and Accompanying Texts:  In addition to the regular addition to the documents mentioned above, the list of frequently asked questions, guides and additional information is available in the documents in the D series.
